Process Technicians:
We are looking for motivated self-starters with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn to provide technical expertise for our plastic bottle blow molding department.
Position requires:
1. Candidates must be mechanically inclined and have experience working in a fast pace manufacturing environment.
2. Experience in other fields such as auto mechanic, working with conveyor systems, light electrical and welding are a plus.
3. Candidates must successfully complete a three week training program in order to be considered for employment.
Starting pay range: $12.00-$15.00 per hour depending on background and experience.
Apprentice Technician:
We are looking for motivated self-starters with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn to provide technical expertise for our plastic bottle blow molding department.
Position requires:
1. Assist with the changeover and set up as needed.
2. Monitor and check product quality and assure that it meets defined specifications.
3. Operate auxiliary equipment.
4. Record line deviations and adjustments.
5. Know and understand different materials and how to discard them.
6. Visually inspect all bottles to be packed.
7. Alert Process Technician of any quality defects.
8. Initial labels to be put on packed boxes and follow Reusable Box Program.
9. Allocate completed packed box onto skid.
10. Maintain your work area clean.
11. Report any unsafe practices to your immediate supervisor.
12. Assist and help train all new employees.
Starting pay range: $9.50-$12.00 per hour depending on background and experience.
Inspector/Packer:
We are looking for motivated individuals to work in a fast pace manufacturing environment and within a team atmosphere.
Position requires:
1. Standing for long periods of time.
2. Able to bend, reach, Grasp, Push and Pull.
3. Must have good hand eye coordination.
4. Must be able to read and understand Product Specification Sheets.
5. Visually inspect all bottles and Initial labels.
6. Relocated packed boxes onto skid.
7. Maintain a clean work area.
Starting pay rate is $8.25 per hour.
Work schedule
Monday through Friday on 8 hour shifts. Some occasional overtime on weekends but, not mandatory.
