Now the important part: Bottling the BBQ sauce

Step 2: Sanitize the container
Step 3: Fill the jars with ¼ of an inch left at the top of the bottle or jar. Seal the container tightly.
Step 4: Place the BBQ sauce bottles or jars into a large canner with at least one inch
of water. Leave them in boiling water for 35 to 40 minutes.
That’s it! Now you have bottled your very own, homemade BBQ sauce.
Step 5: Remove the bottles from the boiling canner and let sit overnight. The bottles do not need to be refrigerated.
