Orders placed by 1 PM EST typically ship the same day, provided the items are in stock and payment has been processed.

Back orders are rare, however, should there be a back order on an item, we will make every effort to get in touch with you right away. Where applicable, we will be glad to send you a partial shipment of your order.

All orders ship via UPS Ground from Bethel, CT. Transit times are anywhere from 1 to 6 business days, depending on where in the United States or Canada you are located. Once your order ships, we will email you the UPS Tracking Number.


NEXT DAY AIR, SECOND DAY AIR, and 3 DAY SELECT shipments will ship the same BUSINESS day if received before 1pm EST.*

* EXCEPTIONS include:

  • Item is not in stock.
  • Payment is not received.
  • Shipping or billing information is incomplete or incorrect.

  • In the case that any of the above exceptions apply, we will contact you to resolve the issue and process your order the following BUSINESS day.

    Note: Orders received Saturday or Sunday will process the following BUSINESS day. Please note that FedEx and UPS DO NOT deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday. This means that a NEXT DAY AIR package shipped on Friday will deliver on Monday or a SECOND DAY AIR package shipped on Friday will deliver on Tuesday.

    BUSINESS days DO NOT include: Saturday, Sunday, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We are CLOSED during these days, however, you may continue to place orders online at and we will process them the following business day.


    For shipments to Canada, UPS may collect additional Broker Fees, Import Duties or any other fees associated with the shipment that you will be responsible for. Click here for UPS brokerage rates.

    Unfortunately, we don’t ship outside of North America.

    How are shipping costs calculated?

    Typically, orders are shipped UPS Ground using published rates. (Note: UPS Shipping rates for plastic bottles are calculated based on the dimensional weight of the box, not the actual weight of the bottles).

    In the case of Mountain and West Coast States customers we discount the UPS shipping rates to be competitive with West Coast vendors. We also discount UPS shipping rates to Canada.

    Larger, pallet-sized shipments are priced at the actual quoted transportation cost provided by the freight carrier.

    How do you protect glass shipments from breaking during transit?

    We are experts in shipping via UPS. Glass bottle cartons are over-packed into sturdy, double wall corrugated boxes with protective packing material on all six sides. This process is expensive and labor intensive, but necessary to ensure that your glass bottles will arrive without breakage or damage.

    Is there a handling fee per order?

    A handling fee of $10.00 per order is charged in addition to the actual UPS Ground shipping rate. The handling fee includes counting bottles into smaller order quantities, counting an equal number of lids to match the number of bottles ordered, packing the bottles and lids into new boxes for shipment, and, in the case of glass bottles, over-packing each individual carton into a new shipper box with protective packaging to ensure that the bottles will arrive intact.
