What is your minimum order?
We have no order minimums.
Do you send free samples?
Since we don’t have order minimums, and most items are available individually, sample orders can be placed online. For sample orders under $15, the handling fee will be waived.
Per our sample policy, we will issue you a full refund for your complete sample order, including the cost for Ground S&H, once you place a second order of $100 or more.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment by check or money order. (Note: If you pay by check, your order will ship as soon as the check is cleared by the bank.)
How is my order shipped?
All orders ship via UPS Ground from Bethel, CT. Transit times are anywhere from 1 to 6 business days, depending on where in the United States or Canada you are located. Once your order ships, we will email you the UPS Tracking Number. Click here for a map that shows UPS transit times.
Why is the shipping cost higher than I expected?
Plastic bottles are very light weight, but bulky at the same time. Therefore, UPS calculates the shipping cost based on the dimensional weight, not the actual weight of the bottles.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to Canada.
Do you offer same day shipping?
Orders placed by 1 PM EST typically ship the same day, provided the items are in stock and payment has been received. Back orders are rare, however, should there be a back order on an item, we will make every effort to get in touch with you right away. Where applicable, we will be glad to send you a partial shipment of your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will email your UPS Tracking Number. You can track your shipment at www.ups.com, or by calling customer service at 203-752-9124 Mon - Fri between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
Do you offer discounts for large order quantities?
We offer volume discounts as follows:
10% on orders of $1,000 or more
20% on orders of $2,500 or more
25% on orders of $5,000 or more
These discounts are automatically calculated and reflected online for you. For order quantities exceeding the standard volume discounts, please call 203-752-9124 and we’ll be happy to provide you with a custom quote.
What is your low price guarantee?
We will match a competitor’s published price for the same item if presented at the time of purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can return any of our items (except shrink bands) within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Please contact customer care at 203-752-9124 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and obtain the address to ship the returned items to. Returns without an RMA, or returned to the wrong address, will not be given credit. Please note that we cannot accept returns of merchandise that has been used.
In addition, returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and there are no refunds on shipping charges for returns. If your order has been packed and shipped, and for some reason you refuse it, handling and shipping charges will still apply. Therefore, we ask that you order carefully.
Damaged shipments are rare and will be replaced or refunded. Please inspect all packages at the time of arrival and contact us immediately about any damaged products. A claim may be filed with UPS.
Is your site secure?
Yes. Our site is equipped with Secure Socket technology. If you access www.bottles.com using a secure browser, personal data you send us (name, company name, email address, credit card information, etc) is encrypted during the transmission process and can only be decoded by bottles.com.

Do you offer a warranty?
All items sold on www.bottles.com reflect their current standards and specifications. Each item described herein is not necessarily suitable for every kind of use. SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE GOODS DESCRIBED HEREIN ARE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. All warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular use, are expressly disclaimed. All goods are shipped F.O.B. our plant. You should always TEST your product in the container you choose prior to use.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Typically, orders are shipped UPS Ground using published rates. (Note: UPS Shipping rates for plastic bottles are calculated based on the dimensional weight of the box, not the actual weight of the bottles).
In the case of Mountain and West Coast States customers we discount the UPS shipping rates to be competitive with West Coast vendors. We also discount UPS shipping rates to Canada.
Larger, pallet-sized shipments are priced at the actual quoted transportation cost provided by the freight carrier.
How do you protect glass shipments from breaking during transit?
We are experts in shipping via UPS. Glass bottle cartons are over-packed into sturdy, double wall corrugated boxes with protective packing material on all six sides. This process is expensive and labor intensive, but necessary to ensure that your glass bottles will arrive without breakage or damage.
Is there a handling fee per order?
A handling fee of $10.00 per order is charged in addition to the actual UPS Ground shipping rate. The handling fee includes counting bottles into smaller order quantities, counting an equal number of lids to match the number of bottles ordered, packing the bottles and lids into new boxes for shipment, and, in the case of glass bottles, over-packing each individual carton into a new shipper box with protective packaging to ensure that the bottles will arrive intact.
