A: eBottles.com has no minimum order however there are specific items that can only be sold by the case.
Q:What is your low price guarantee?
A: Present a lower published price in the form of an active quote at the time of purchase and we will match it. Note, price match is based on like items, quantities, availability and current published price.
Q: Can I get samples?
A: Yes, call (561-203-2779) or email (contactus@ebottles.com) for samples. We charge a minimum of $15 for U.S. and $35 for Canada shipping & handling. We will issue a full refund for your sample order once you place an order that exceeds $100.00.
Q: How and from where will my order be shipped?
A: We have warehouses strategically located around the country. We are currently shipping from Connecticut, Georgia, Colorado, California and Illinois. More locations coming soon. Not all items are stocked in all warehouses. Please contact us for more information on where your item is shipping from. CO

All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. UPS ground delivers within the continental United States in 1-5 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing from any of our locations.
If your order requires freight, we will reach out to you with an LTL shipping quote for approval.
If an item is out-of-stock, you will be contacted with alternative options and due in dates for your product. We will hold your order until we hear back from you. The processing of backorders will be expedited once the product has arrived in our warehouse.
We will contact you if there are any issues with your order, such as payment authorization or an incomplete shipping address.
Q:Is it safe for me to use my credit card? Is your site secure?
A: Yes. Our site is equipped with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. If you access the eBottles.com site using a secure browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer personal data you send us (name, company name, email address, credit card information, etc) is encrypted during the transmission process and can only be decoded by eBottles.com.

Q: What If I’m not satisfied with my purchase? For orders placed through our website, any of our items (except shrink bands) can be returned within 30 days of receipt. In addition, returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee (There are no refunds on shipping charges for returns). If we pack and/or ship your order and for some reason you refuse it, handling and shipping charges will still apply. Please order carefully.
You will need to contact a representative at 561-203-2779 in order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number and the address to send returns to. Returns without an RMA or returned to the incorrect address will not be given credit. We can not accept returns of used merchandise.
Damaged shipments are rare and will be replaced or refunded. Please inspect all packages at the time of arrival and contact us immediately about any damaged products. A claim may be filed with UPS.
Returned product that is damaged during transit due to inadequate packaging cannot be refunded.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

We also accept checks, bank wires or money orders. We do not accept COD's, cash or PayPal payments.

Q: How will my order be shipped? A: Orders for customers ship from our Bethel, CT warehouse. Orders are shipped via UPS, or Common Carrier for very large orders. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order. Once your online order is shipped, you will be E-mailed your tracking number.
Q: What is a re-shipper carton and how is it being used?
A: Our 32 count glass jars are intentionally packed in reusable re-shipper cartons with partitions. The boxes are upside on the pallet as the tops are not taped. This keeps any dust out. The jars are “necks down” (upside down) in the box. To remove the cartons from the pallet, place two fingers on the carton bottom as you take the boxes off the pallet, holding the flaps closed. To remove the jars from the box fold the flaps back, place your hand on the top, flip the box over and slide the box up, leaving the jars right side up and ready for filling. After filling and capping, the box is designed to be reused to ship your filled products, saving you from disposing of corrugate and the cost of buying and setting up new boxes. The box holds 32 - 1/8th oz jars totaling 4 oz of flower. Four boxes equals an ounce. These boxes can be supplied preprinted with your brand, subject to a 2,500 box MOQ (80,000 jars).
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A:All items sold on www.eBottles.com reflect their current standards and specifications.

Q: How do you calculate shipping costs?
A: Typically, orders are shipped UPS Ground using published rates.
In the case of Mountain and West Coast States customers we discount the UPS shipping rates to reduce the shipping costs in order to be competitive with West Coast vendors. We also discount UPS shipping rates to Canada.
Larger, pallet load shipments are priced at the actual quoted transportation cost provided by the common carrier.
Q: How do you protect glass bottles from breaking in shipping?
A: Typically, orders are shipped UPS Ground using published rates. We are experts in shipping via UPS and as such over-pack glass bottle cartons into a new 275# test double wall corrugated box with protective packing material on all six sides. This process is expensive and labor intensive, but necessary to insure that your glass bottles will arrive without breakage or damage. Larger glass orders are palletized and ship via LTL (less than truckload).
Q: Do you have a handling charge for orders?
A: We charge our customers a nominal fee of $10 per order as a “handling” fee in addition to the actual shipping charges. The handling fee includes counting bottles into smaller order quantities, counting an equal number of closures to match the number of bottles ordered, packing the bottles and closures into new boxes for shipment, and in the case of glass bottles, over-packing each individual carton into a new box with protective packing to ensure the bottles will arrive intact.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: We currently ship to Canada and Puerto Rico. We are not responsible for broker fees, import duties or any other fees associated with international shipments.
