I want to put a sauce in a flask, but then I want to make sure it seals. Do I need a metal cap with the rubber seal? If so, I dont see where I can get it on your site....looks like the only option with flask is plastic?
Yes, you will need a metal cap with rubber gasket to vacuum pack your sauce and, based on your feedback, the Metal Caps with Rubber Gaskets are now an additional Closure option for the Flask Bottles. Whether your product requires a vacuum seal or not depends on your recipe and the acidity level in your sauce.
What are dimensions of the 100 ml size please?
The 100 ml bottle is about 5.25" tall and 2.5" wide. The circumference of the bottle is 6.5".
What type of lid is best for home canning BBQ sauce using this bottle. Can you use the plastic lids?
The plastic lids are fine as long as your product does not require a vacuum seal. If you are home canning using the hot fill or hot water bath methods, you will need to use the plastisol lined metal caps.
I have a question about the neck finish. I understand the 28 mm but not the "KPP" - how is it different from the 400 finish? please be specific
The KPP refers to the neck finish of our Flasks, which can accommodate a tamper evident metal cap in addition to the standard 28/400 caps. The size in diameter for both neck finishes is the same.

How do you vacuum seal this bottle. We will be putting BBQ sauce in them, how do you know if vacuum sealing is required?

If I bottle BBQ sauce and cap it with a cork, can I seal it in a wax dip?

Since your product doesnt require vacuum packaging, you can use plastic caps with Foamed Polyethylene (F217) Liner.
F-217 is a soft polyethylene foam core covered on top and bottom with solid, clear polyethylene supplied in .050” thickness. F217 has become the industry standard due to its all purpose compatibility, resilient, compressible seal, cleanliness (no pulp dust) and economy. F217 liners have excellent chemical resistance and a low moisture transmission rate. F217 also has good taste and odor resistance.

The neck finish is referred to as 28/KPP, meaning that it can accommodate a tamper evident metal cap in addition to standard 28/400 caps. Unfortunately, we dont carry lotion pumps to fit this bottle. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Do you have any side views of the bottles? What is their shape other than what I can see from the front?
The bottles are slim, measuring only 1" to 1.5" in depth, depending on the bottle size. The front of the bottle curves outward slightly, while the back of the bottle slightly curves in. For more specific details, you can view a product drawing for each bottle online by clicking on the bottle size.
hi, the bottle caps are the ROPP? Do you do expedite shipping to Grenada? How much would it cost if you do and how much would it cost to get 100 cases in the 375 ml bottles.
Hello, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we do not carry aluminum ROPP caps. The metal caps for our 375 ML are a threaded metal cap with a plastisol liner. We ship to the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Grenada.
